Muscle Building Training Programme - 12 Weeks/5 Sessions Per Week
Our 12 week, 5 days per week muscle building programme has been designed for those that can afford to spend more time in the gym with a little less intensity. We have split the days up into muscle specific sessions, which includes quads, chest & triceps, hamstrings & glutes, back & biceps, and lastly, shoulders. The programme includes specified sets x reps, tempo, rest times and weight and rep results fields to input your data. It also contains an introductory page with questions and advice.
You will also have direct access to a fully qualified coach via email to answer any questions or queries you may have.
