Our 8 week Strength & Conditioning programme has been designed for those looking to increase strength, gain muscle, improve power & endurance and look great! The programme contains 3 strength sessions and 3 cardio sessions per week, with a detailed 'How it works' introductory page to explain how the programme works. Each session includes specified sets x reps and rest times so you will have clear directions and instructions for what to do. The programme also progresses as the weeks go on so you can keep making improvements throughout the entire duration.
You will also have direct access to a fully qualified coach via email to answer any questions or queries you may have.
